I’m Ema, a digital marketing expert and business coach with over 15 years’ experience. My career spans performance marketing agencies in the US, UK and EMEA, where I honed skills in funnels, automation and conversion-focused advertising. After leading marketing teams and agencies, I now dedicate my expertise to helping individuals, & smaller organisations thrive.
My approach is data-driven and personalised. I evaluate your goals, craft a bespoke marketing roadmap, implement campaigns across channels and monitor performance closely. Based in Portugal, with roots in Asia & Africa and passion for travel, I love partnering with businesses worldwide to demystify digital marketing and empower teams to achieve consistent ROAS.
I studied Computer science as a bachelor degree, I hold an MBA and I am currently pursuing a DBA degree in NBS in Lisbon.
